How to Request a Refund

  • The email address linked to your TopSkores account
  • The product you wish to refund
  • The reason for your request (this helps us improve)

Our Customer Support Team will review your request and aim to respond within 3 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • The original payment method will be credited.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us again at support@med-q-bank.com.

Additional Notes

  • After 7 days, we do not offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
